Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes for Priority or Express service, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Standard
- Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Cost: $10, or FREE on orders of $150 or more
- USPS Ground Advantage, tracked, $100 carrier insurance included
Expedited
- Delivery: 2–3 business days
- Cost: $20
- USPS Priority Mail, tracked, $100 carrier insurance included
Overnight
- Delivery: 1 business day to most US addresses
- Cost: $80
- UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight, tracked, full carrier insurance
Carrier transit times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed by us beyond what the carrier itself guarantees. Adult signature required on orders over $300 (no extra cost). Remote-area surcharges, where they apply, are absorbed by us.
Processing & Fulfillment
We fulfill and hand off to the carrier within 1–2 business days of order placement (card payments). This is separate from carrier transit time — your total time-to-door is fulfillment time + carrier delivery time. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.
ACH orders fulfill after funds clear, typically 3–5 business days. Cryptocurrency orders fulfill after first network confirmation, typically 10–60 minutes depending on the coin and network conditions.
Packaging
All compounds ship as lyophilized powder in sealed glass vials with a rubber stopper and aluminum crimp. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature in transit and do not require refrigerated shipping. Vials are packed with desiccant to protect integrity. Your researcher is responsible for reconstitution and post-reconstitution cold storage per their own protocol.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your package. You can also find tracking in your account under Orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, check with your neighbors, household members, and local carrier facility first. If still unable to locate, contact [email protected] within five (5) days of the delivery date.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product is compromised, photograph it and contact us within 5 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. Address corrections after shipment may incur a fee from the carrier.
Carrier Delays
Shipping timeframes above are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (for Alaska/Hawaii), or other circumstances outside our control.
