Do points or rewards ever expire?
No. Points roll over indefinitely. Reward codes generated at milestones don't expire either — use them whenever.
Can I lose tier status?
No. Tier is lifetime. Once you reach Basalt, you're Basalt forever — even if you don't order for a year.
How does the higher earn rate work?
Slate earns 1 point per $1. Basalt earns 1.25× the points on every order. Obsidian earns 1.5×. The boost kicks in immediately the moment you reach the next tier.
Can I stack reward codes with discounts?
Yes. Tier discounts (5% Basalt, 10% Obsidian) apply automatically and stack with $20 reward codes. They do not stack with promotional codes from email campaigns — only one of those per order.
What happens to points if I return an order?
Points earned on that order are removed. Reward codes used on a returned order are restored.
Does BEDROCK apply to wholesale orders?
No. BEDROCK is a retail-only program. Wholesale customers get separate volume-based pricing tiers (Slate / Basalt / Obsidian wholesale tiers) with different escalation logic — net terms, MOQ matching, and white-label options.
When do I get my reward code?
Automatically — emailed within 24 hours of crossing the 200-point threshold. Codes also appear in your account under BEDROCK → Your rewards.
